i was born in greenville, oh but spent most of my childhood and adolescense in piqua, oh only thirty minutes away. i have one sibling, an older sister who is married with two daughters. my parents are still married to each other after some 33 or 34 years.
i went away to college spending four years at indiana wesleyan university.
upon graduation i married the love of my life, marie, after we had been together for two and a half years at iwu.
marie and i moved to kansas city, mo when i took a job as full-time youth pastor at a united methodist church located in the suburb of blue springs.
our next move came in the summer of 2005 when we loaded up our life in a uhaul and drove to seattle, wa. i am making plans to go to mars hill graduate school in the fall of 2006. until that happens i am just working and enjoying life.
Greenville, eh? Small world. I grew up in Arcanum, Ohio. Mmmmhmmm.
